face numbness

It happened to me a bunch of times that when i get really anxious/ afraid i start feeling a weird sense of numbness on the face or dissyness, kind of disorientation. Does anyone know what is happening? Its a strange sensation

Don't worry it's all anxiety symtems, I get the numbness in the face alot started 15years ago and I'm still here:yesyes:

yes i know what is happening to you ,
your hyperventalating which is causing the numbness.

Breathing excersizes would help you :hugs: .
