Annoying irrational anxiety!!

I am REALLY stressed out!! Just because I am staying at my friend's house and I was here just before I started college in sept 06 and had MAJOR cold feet I am feeling the same again and its only becasue I am here arrgghh!!

Yes its annoying how we end up associated anxious feelings with certain places or events.

Have you got things to keep you distracted whilst you are there? Are you and your friends planning on going out or anything/staying in watching a DVD?

Hang in there, it will pass. Try and accept the feelings and just let them run their course.
