Why am i like this?

Hi i am having a very bad night.:weep:my head is so full of negative thoughts.

I have so many aches and pains,i don't know what is for real, or what is anxiety related.

This seems to happen every evening, and i am so fed up of this happening.
Even sitting here typing this my head is so full of rubbish.:weep:

I am at my wits end now i just feel like crying.

What have i done to deserve this? is it me being punished for something i have done in my life.

Theres no one and nothing able to judge you and punish you in life apart from yourself,
Try listening to music that cheers you up, helps take ur mind off things:)
