Medic alert bracelet/ pendant for panic disorder?

I have panic attacks quite often and sometimes people don't know what's wrong with me and i am unable to speak out of hysterics and fear.
Should i get a medic alert bracelet that tells people what's happening so they don't think i'm hurt?

i'm 16, and i am around people that don't know about my condition alot.

Do you think it's a good idea?
