Yep cammomile is definitely a good one - but if you're like me and just can't stand the taste of it (I think it tastes like old damp grass:wacko: !) then I recommend Twinings Cammomile Vanilla and Honey herbal tea bags.

I find Dr Stuarts Tranquility tea is great...Tastes ok and really is calming..Not found it in supermarkets but Holland and Barrets do it...Try it and see if it helps...

I totally agree with everyone here.I drink camomile all the time,I have the one that GG listed.If you dont like it on its own add a teaspoon of honey.
I aslo have tranquility that kerry mentioned and I buy it in sainsburys or holland & barrets.:hugs: :hugs:
