Please Help I Am Really Scared

HI ALL
i suffer really bad with infalmmed ribs on my chest and in my shoulders , when its in my chest the pain is really sore i have had chest x ray bloods ecg and all has come back fine.when the pain are in my chest i always think that i am going to die i have been to hospital and the doctors loads of times the doc told me it was teitzes syndrome and would pass in a couple of months i am convinced the doctor has missed something, i have been told i have health anxiety but i am not so sure please can any one help me i am so desperate

Hi Gem , It will pass I promise :hugs: , Ive had this all my life on and off , I have fused ribs so that is why they get inflammed, also if i cough or sneeze it makes it worse. Try not to worry about it and take some anti inflamatorys to help it calm down. Also rest more when its inflammed, as this always helps me. i know how painful it can be , apparently its like having broken ribs so gives you an idea of what we put up with :hugs: .
