iv red up on a link about nerve bloking
they do like an epidural it as morphine in it
but in early 90s,
i got mimic, meningitus,
soon after i got fibromyalgia wel i av, bak probs severe with fibromyalgia so i dont fancy epidural yes itd be great to have less pain but epidurals dont agree with me,, wel i am off to see another g,p,, on thurs, im going to tel him wat other g,p,,, was on about doing
and my worry of nerve bloking if its epidural type

Hi Bees,

It's sometimes worthwhile having a second opinion,so well done for seeking it.
I had an epidural years ago and although it was uncomfortable,it was necessary-short-term discomfort.
I hope you get this sorted out soon.

Sorry to hear you are having bad pain today!!
Hope that it gets better real soon for ya hun!!!

If you aren't comfortable with what they are wanting to do then just tell them so. Remember it's you that has to go through it after all and not them! It's easy for them to tell you to get this or that done but if they had to go through it I'll bet they would think differently.

I agree a second opinion is a great idea!
Will be thinking positive thoughts for you :)
