Hi ,
Im a total neewbie here, from southwest uk . I have 2 kids, 5 +7 and very big dog (who I swear is the best way forad to a cure Ive had! )
...oh and a fantastic long term boyf ,( meaning we practically live together and happy at just that for now :) )
.. but I am plauged with panic attacks and agroraphobia.
when I look back I am an improvement from 2 years ago but it dosn't feel like that on a bad day ..days !

well, I'm completely fed up with myself and my mind so I decided to join up to a forum for likeminded people , hopefully to ground myself when I let my mind run away and to learn a bit more about myself, well the 'freaked out' side of me anyway. so I can deal with myself .

I have an Bully Johnson Bulldog , shes 13 months now so still a bit of filling out to go yet, shes ace ....
