Better late than never!

hi guys just realised that i hadnt really introduced myself properly!
I am Hayley i have suffered from panic attacks, agrophobia,health anx & a strange ocd which is pulse taking!

Before getting panic i was a very confident out going person, I have suffered for about 3yrs.
I found this site about a month ago, how lucky was I !!
My only sadness is i didnt know about you when i was really ill:weep:

I am now turning the corner of recovery & will be glad to help anyone who needs it
