I get the results this morning of a biopsy I had three weeks ago

I am almost to afraid to go. I am in a total panic!!! I am so scared. I don't know if I am going to be able to do this!

Good luck hun! If the biopsy was 3 weeks ago and you didn't hear anything back sooner I'm sure you will be fine. :-)

i know how you feel i am allways scared to go get results from test,s i have done but look at it this way they are not going to go away you are going to find out at some point and i am sure every thing will be just fine

Good news is I don't have cancer.
However I do have Pre - Cancer. How do you not get freaked out by that? Please tell me!
I am greatful I caught it but I just don't know what to think.

Where is the cancer and what do they mean by pre-cancer?

I had an endometrial biopsy.

Is it pre cancerous cells, did they give you anymore information?? do you have to have laser treatment?

It is pre cancerous. They told me I have to have my period for four months and then they will do another biopsy.

But what if the doc is wrong? what if it grows? I am scared!

Pre cancerous means it won't grow in a short while which is why they are wanting to do the biopsy again in 4 months or four periods. Your period will probably shed the pre cancerous cells and all will be well. But they need to check that this has happened. Even if it doens't then they will probably only want to do a D&C first to see if that clears the problem.

Do you mind telling us why you had to have this proceedure done??

Anything with the word cancer in will get your alarm bells ringing.

You've been to the Doctor, they know what's going on, if they were worried about it then they'd say so.
They know what they're doing, trust them.

They did it because I was bleeding heavy for a long period. They want to biopsy in another 4 months.
