...I listened to my hypnotherapy cd. Nice and relaxed and drifting off but then I had to get up for a wee:doh:
Anyway.. after that I got wound up and angry at myself for getting up.
Listened to it again but I was so on edge and p***ed off I didnt get to sleep til 4.
It worked well but I will have to make sure I visit the loo before going to bed tonight.:blush:
