Timeout for Trac please

[nomorepanic]

Trac is having a bad time healthwise at the moment and is trying to support a very poorly person on NMP and they are calling at all hours of the day and night and draining her.

She won't give up on this person but it is taking its toll and making her very anxious and feeling like p00.

She is also trying to help me out as an admin which is time consuming and her dedication to NMP is something I admire very much.

Trac has a lot of members from NMP on MSN and will never say "No" to anyone but can we please just give her a few weeks to sort things out and recover as the member she is helping is making life very upsetting for her at the moment.

She needs to look after herself as well but if you know Trac she never says "No" to anyone and tries to help everyone but she really does need time off for her and I have told her I will post this to give her a break.

I am not being dramatic here as Trac would kill me if I was but please if you have her on MSN and have problems can you post on forum and give her a break until she feels better.

Aww thank you everyone :hugs: :hugs: been to the doctors tonight and im back on the meds, i agreed to do it seeing as I cant seem to calm my anxiety down by myself, even the nurse commented on how 'hyper' I was and I was tiring her out just watching me shifting about in my seat and fiddling with everything lol. I have agreed to take them to give me the boost I need to get back up there and fighting again.

Ahh well back to the wonderful world of laa laa land and side effects until the meds settle lol

I just want to say that you HAVE to take a back seat sometimes hun to enable our own bodies to overcome situations whether it be illness, stress or anxiety. You remember YOU are important here too. Hi Trace,

I'm also sorry I did not see this either but I have a good excuse I'm old now, over here I'm considered a Mature Adult, lol. Seriously, you must take care of yourself first and foremost. I do know how awful going on meds are at first but in awhile you will feel much better.

If I were you I would pamper myself during this stage and be with your lovely girls. I know they will take good care of you. It is very easy to take on too much on our shoulders and but sometimes we just have to back away. Please know I am here if you ever need me.

I started the meds again on Thursday night, so feeling a bit yuk at the minute, but I knew I would for the first couple of weeks. Hopefully once they settle I will be back up and running and ready to start getting out and about again.
