Hi-I'm new here but not new to anxiety!

Hi everyone

As the title says, I am new to this site but definately not new to panic/anxiety etc!

I am have 2 lovely children aged 17 and 11 (I had them young honestly:roflmao: ) and have suffered from severe anxiety since having them. My main problem is health anxiety and I am scared of everything from Doctors, hospitals and every illness going.

Hope I will be able to help others as well as getting help myself.
