Weird feeling behind knee?

Last week I struggled to get up after crouching down it felt like my knees were stiff. Right now I get a tight strange feeling behind my knees and twinges when just sitting down. I know its probably stupid but I start to think of CJD etc which starts with joint pain and such like.

sounds like you've strained something to me. I get lots of twinges in my knees and can hardly kneel down at all. If it is still there next week I'd go and get it checked.

Dude, I've got exactly the same thing right now! For some reason, I connected it with deep vein thrombosis until I calmed myself down!
