hi!! am i the only person that does this.....when i explain my syptoms to people dr or whoever will listen lol,i feel like im not explaining them rite n the docs thinkin ah yes sounds like anxiaty,then i think wat if i didnt explain it properly n i have something serious but the doc just thinks i have anx becoz i explained my syptoms wrong????this really drives me crazy or am i actually crazy xxx

you are not crazy believe me, anxiety is like living in a hell,it makes you think some terrible things, honestly believe me hun, over the last two weeks I have had some terrible thoughts going around my head and have reached all sorts of desperate conclusions, have a good read on this site and if you feel up to it go into the chatroom it will really open your eyes to what other people are suffering we are all in the same boat hun really. I have had some bizzare symptoms and believe me hun there will be someone out there whom is suffering exactly the same thing that you are
