Hi,

I'm Carrie, I have 2 children and after my 2nd child I suffered PND and Health Anxiety, my youngest is now 3½ but my anxiety is still bad, I am on antid's and am waiting for an appointment for CBT, I won't get an appointment for 3 months though so a long wait yet, I wish I had asked for this earlier.

Looking forward to getting some support and giving some if I can.
