thanks all and means alot to get hugs, well right ma head is going crazy with thoughts maybe i am over reacting but well worried and panicking about tomoz well how i feel right now aint gd as well i wont say here bc well might upset ppl but it is that bad

How did things go Lea ?

Hi there,

Well how did it go at the appointment??

Well I went on Thursday, and I spoke to dr for 2 hours long time I know!! Well I went ok ty as well they are going to help me now I still can’t believe it I mean me I am helpable (if that is even a word lol)

I just want to thanks everyone who has been there for me and supporting me all the way


I am now going to start to get well again as I am getting help now and that I glad for once in my life that someone listened to me. Professionally I mean!!

Susie said that she is proud of me too

Dr wants too see my poems too so got to sort them out and might even send some to publishers

And she has told me to go and see mind org, and some work org thing too
To help me while I await ma appointment in 6wks
She also said that I can ring her anytime I need too did explain bout phone phobia but she said that is ok too

And she thinks that I have o.c.d too she said that it is ok to have it too as they can help me with it also!

Well all in all it went well

So thanks to you all and hugs also

I hope that you are all well and I am here if you need to talk anytime also

So glad to hear that everything went well for you Lea and the that the Pyschiatrist was helpful. Sometimes, they can seem alittle cold,.. but it sounds like the lady you saw was brilliant ! Excellent news :).

Well done for being able to talk about your feeling's.

Think it's a brill idea that you're letting her see your poems as these express many emotion's that you have been feeling and can help break the ice.
