Im new !!!

Hi guys im new to this site! It was great reading that there is other people thinking like me, as people close to me generally think i am going mad! I have been to the doctors but they just say that i am fine and need to relax! Anybody got any suggestions?

You'll get loads of advice and support here while making new friends along the way. Your doctor doesn't sound like they know much about anxiety if that's what they suggested. Is there another doctor or practice you could try? In the meantime there is lots of good advice in the links on the left. Perhaps you could show your family too to try and help them understand.

yeah i have shown them this sight and they are shocked on how similar i am! I have suffered from health anxiety from a early age but it comes and goes. I have recently started a new job so is really bad at the minute. The doctor has referred me to the practice councillor.

I think im going mad too lol but we really arnt!! Trust me im Agoraphobic, lol
