Starflower oil capsules

I suffer from anxiety attacks and I am very depressed and over anxious for 2 weeks of every month (before and during my period). I started taking starflower capsules a month ago and they have made me feel much calmer. :)

:yesyes: hi emlou, ive been taking these for about 2 weeks now so im really pleased youve posted about this!!!!! - im taking them because i have serious breast discomfort for about 2 weeks every month, i have to wear a bra 24/7 (ouch) so when i get this i also get anxious because i know im in for a miserable time,which just creates a vicious circle, so this is why im taking them, and im expecting to wait 3 months-ish until they work. thanks for posting, im looking forward to feeling better:yahoo: emma:winks:
