Brain Shudder/eyes Closing Symptom?

Hey all I finally had a symptom I have never had and I think it's anxiety, lots of people were talking where I was and it was getting to me, I was staring at a screen for a while, and suddenly it felt like my brain and temples like SHUDDERED and my eyes closed in fatigue... that's what it felt like along with anxiety then I quickly reopened my eyes in fear/anguish with anxiety... anyone ever feel a brain buzz like that before?

i used to get that, when i lay in bed, used to drive me mad, i found out a few other people get it too though so i didnt think anything of it, strangely enough i dont get it anymore, i just sort of forgot about it, so i assume its related so pa, though i cant be sure
