Today at 8 am I had to walk my 10 year old daughter to the train station to meet up with her school for the school trip, So last night I couldnt sleep with the worry and felt panicky.
So this morning we did a 20 min walk there and then i stayed with her for 1/2 hour until the train came !!! So managed to be a capable mummy today :yesyes: .

When i walked out the train station down a slope, I then felt off balanced and dizzy , but carried on walking with a smile :D .

Well done Mirry, I know what it's like to suffer with dizziness and balance problems, I think your daughter would have been so proud of you. Once again, well done.
