This forum saved my life. Thank you.

I've been suffering periodically from anxiety and panic attacks, always as a result of worrying about my health irrationally. sometimes, it's hard to accept that the physical symptoms i've suffered from over the last 2 weeks in particular are down to stress, but every time I've thought about having a spectacular illness, this place has calmed me right down.

I think that people with health anxiety are probably the healthiest people walking because they are always getting checked out at the doctor's surgery and at hospital. Of course it is an awful anxiety to suffer from as are all the anxieties. Just keep positive and remember, even though it may seem hard at the time, to be kind to yourself, even when you feel like crap. :yesyes:
