Hi all just had my s.doo + it was brill just wasted a year of worrying about it, but i predicted after my doo i,d b worrying about sumthing else + i am, its again that i,m going to act out or loose control bye hitting or punching etc which feels horrible, i had this worry last year, it was always my daughter + work mates that i was scared of loosing control against, which i havent i just need reasurrance please.
