Back to Work

Hi Guys,

Today was the first day of the rest of my life.
:hugs: :yesyes: :hugs: :yesyes:
After nine years away from the workplace,I started my training in a call-centre this morning.
My job will involve working for the National Blood Centre covering England and Wales.
As I sit here tonight,I am knackered but happy.
Mr Anxiety wants to come visit put he can take a hike-
the homework is calling!
Lots of people here have encouraged me through the interview process and thereafter and it means so much to me.
I fully expect to be challenged by the next four weeks of training-today was certainly a shock to the system!
One day at a time,I will get there.
I'm off to bed soon with Jo's music playing and Groovy Granny's hot water bottle!!
By the way,I must of course do a little preaching-

If you are able,please,please give blood.If not,encourage your friends and family to do so.

Hi Guys,

Day 2 and the brain isn't quite so sore.
I do see a future in Pub quiz land as the boring old fart with the head full of
useless facts-Swambo (She Who Always Must Be Obeyed) has now had two days of "Did you know...?"
