hello!! im new

Hello i am 28 yrs old and have been having panic attacks for about 12yrs and have been controlling them with my homeopathic doctor but it takes time they come and go over years sometimes days. It seems my panic syptoms always change keeping me close to being a hypochondriact. But now i am at a point where on some days i just feel fine and then all the sudden i become faint and disillusioned. It happens rarely but is enough to scare i never knew there was a sight like this and i am happy to join and feel better that this site exist thank you i would love to hear from people ttyl
