New Symptoms!!

Has anyone experienced bouts of panic in their sleep? I had this last night - quite a new symptom!! Any thoughts?

Yes, last year, when I was really bad, I got woken up by panic attacks. I also found it difficult to get to sleep because the anxiety symptoms would start up as soon as I got into bed. Just recently, I go off to sleep OK, but then wake up shortly afterwards feeling anxious and have trouble getting off again.
