Hi, I'm new.

Just wanted to introduce myself as I just joined the site.

I've suffered from Anxiety and its symptoms for around 40 years and have discovered that they are normally brought about by traumas and emotional upsets that I have endured during this time.

I'm looking forward to making new friends on this site and hopefully some reassurance from others who are unfortunate to suffer from this crippling illness.
