cause im havin a stupid panic attack one again thinkin ive got everythin an going 2 die,iv been having a really sharp burnin pain in my finger an weird sensation in my side of my foot dont even know wat i THINK it is its just worrying me think im seriously goin mad HELP

i know its worrying but its most likely all to do with your panicking, i get all sorts of pains and aches, most recently the veins in my wrists seem to ache, from my experience its mostly all been to do with anxiety
