Really bad cold, making me panicky

Hi all,
Been a long time since I posted. I am really sick, and it's making me anxious, really anxious. I have a bad cold, an ear infection, and a horrible headache. I think on top of it all the panic is setting in because I have a few tests this week and that isn't helping me relax! Any advice??

i have had a really bad cold, I posted on here last week. I don't know what to say other than hope all the tests come back OK.
Have you tried taking decongestants? I have and they worked an absolute treat!
