Hello from me

Hi, I'm new here, found the site via a link from the BBC website. I'm also new to posting messages etc, so forgive me if I don't do it right or don't follow protocol in some way!
I've already posted a message to another board (? Again, I don't know the correct terminology for this sort of thing), I think it was Health Anxiety, so I'm looking forward to 'hearing' your thoughts.
