Anybody ever suffered from these when going to sleep?

I find going to sleep quite difficult,and I know they are not real but occasionally it happens!

Hallucinations???
I used to get them if I drank alcohol on propranalol. Freaky.
But it coud be a lot of things. Doesnt mean ur mad.:)

propranalol is known to cause "visions" somtimes, my valerian herbal pills say not to use with propranalol cuz it increases the risk of em lol

Hey James

It may be a symptom of a tired mind. Are you on any meds hun?

If so, it might be best to go back to your GP and see if you can get them changed.

Hii no am not on any medication

i just find it hard to sleep at night!

i go to bed hoping i dont hilsanate and most of the time I dont..but last night for example I did!

I used to have hallucinations as I child. I used to feel like I was sinking through my bed! very frightening. I suffer from anxiety attacks now and sometimes hallucinate when having these.:unsure:
