ibs and breathing

hi all,

for the last couple of days my stomach has been bloating up alot and i have been lethargic and not wanting to do anything, the other thing is that i keep wanting to take deep breathes and as my stomach is bloated and very tight it is hard to make these deep breathes. is this common with tight bloated stomach and breatheing and ibs?

Yes it is - I get it all the time
