Therapist sending me for Heart tests

Was at my 3rd anxiety related Counselling session.

Went into detail about my symptoms.

My main worrysome one is if I do even a small bit of exercise, or like today when I did a alot of ironing, my chest seemed to become very congested & im having to breath harder than normal. Last week a went for a short jog down the road & I was basically like that for a few hours. Its like your chest becomes congested, heavy & ur breathing harder than normal.

ALso, the constant feeling of adrenaline ofcourse is there.

Does anyone else experience this?? Would help to ease my mind.

Anyways, Im going to Docs on Weds to ask for these tests.

Ive had an ECG earlier this year which only showed Ectopics.

She said my symptoms were quite severe & I should have the tests to rule things out.

At least you're getting the tests done, so you'll one way or the other. I've done it the other way round - I've had various tests, all normal (so far), although I'm sitting here with terrible palpitations and chest pain right now. I have to convince myself that there's nothing really wrong! Much easier said than done...
I'm hoping to get some kind of therapy but there's a very long waiting list at my health centre so I think I'll have to go privately. Do you think the therapy is doing any good?
