Side effects of lignocaine?

Not exactly a meds question but was wondering if anyone has ever experienced or heard of any side effects from lignocaine sprayed in the throat?
I'm trying really hard not to Google it for fear of finding something awful :scared15: , so any real experiences would be interesting.

You are doing the right thing by not googleing,

I have not used this, but hun, if you get no joy on here pop to the chemist and ask there, there great these days. Nearly all meds used have side effects. I used meds once, nothing to do with anxiety, but needed more advice on the side effects and the pharmacist was great, but my mind at rest.

I do hope someone pops along with more info for you, but if not, ask your chemist. peace of mind goes along way.
