Guess What I Did Today.

Well i am feeling proud of myself today.:yesyes:
This may sound silly, but to me it was a big step.

I went into a shop ALL ON MY OWN,yes all on my own:Dand stood waiting to be served.
Have not done this in a long while,normaly i would send hubby in, or we both go in together.

So you can imagine how good i am feeling right now.:yahoo:

Just wanted to share with you all.

Thanks for the replies.

I know it was'nt for long i would think about 5mins or so,but yes i did it.

My next hurddle is to go out the front door on my own,without worrying that people are watching me.

This is something that i dread all the time.I keep saying to myself you can do it ,you can do it, but when the time comes i just bottle out.:weep:

I am not to bad if hubby is with me,as i have him to focus on .
