Hi everyone!
I just discovered this site today. The past week, I have had the feeling of a lump in my throat and slight trouble swallowing. My anxiety has been building all week culminating in a full on panic attack just now.
I read some posts while I was tripping out :scared10: and they were very reassuring.
Lots of similar experiences, and it helps to know that there are plenty of other people out there who have been in the same boat.
It's good to find a site that is genuinely geared towards help, information, and support, rather than a site that gives you half information, and wants you to click on a paypal link for the rest :D.
So, that's it. I figured I'd join in instead of just lurking in the background reading posts.
