back pain worried sick (HELP)

oh well ive got myself in a state yet againe and im soooo convinced it may be cancer,i went to see my gp 2weeks ago with this pain ive had right across the top of my back my gp sounded my chest and said its sounds fine but gave me a course of antibiotics well ive fineshed the course and the pain is still there its painful to touch and sometimes feels very warm then goes numb im so convinced its cancer and i carnt seem to stop thinking of it i wake up with this pain and its with my all day awww its getting me down im worried sick can anyone else relate to this its right in the middle of my back just under my shoulder blades :lac:

hi motown your not on your own ive had the same for two weeks now ,ive got some deep heat mussle rub and got hubby tto rub it in it does releve it a little for me ive been told it mussle spasum when we are tense xx
