I consume masses of the stuff and was wondering if it makes it worse?

I don't know a lot about it but there is a lot of controversy over this sweetener, and I'd not be a bit surprised if anxiety is one of the problems associated with it.

I am a diet-coke addict...so my body is pretty full of Aspartame. Was formerly a normal coke addict (coca cola, not cocaine :winks:) which is full of sugar, so god knows which is the lesser of two evils.
