Coming on Board

Hi Everyone,
At 40+ years of age with a good 20 years anxiety/agoraphobia under my belt, I am looking forward to sharing and caring with all you other sufferers out there.
I'm going to look for success stories to inspire me and hope, in turn, I can pass on any positive experiences and suggestions I have had.
My history includes various 'blockers', hypnotherapy, Counselling and CBT. Whilst I can't claim to be near overcoming my problems, if I'm realistic, I can remember times when things were worse. So, that can only be better - can't it?

It's SOOO good to know I'm not the only veteran out there. 40+ with more than 20 years panic attacks and agoraphobia. We should have a perimenapausal/panic club.
