Sorry for posting again after I posted earlier today, but I am so worried.
I did 2 night shifts this week (11pm - 7am)for the first time, Monday and Tuesday nights. I wasn't able to sleep before my first shift and then only got 4 hours sleep the next day before my next shift. The work involved standing for a long period of time and alot of arm movement, packing and making boxes. Wednesday I was very tired and went and did yoga Wednesday night which I probably should of missed being so tired.
Anyway - the last 2 days my thighs and upper right arm (I'm right handed) feel fatigued.
Could it be that this is from working and that I had never done this work before or from yoga being very tired when I did it or could it be alot more serious or could it just be another symptom of anxiety that I am going through at the moment.
