I thought I was doing so well with my health anxiety until last week when I went to the doctor with the symptoms of a urine infection and he prescibed antibiotics. Even though I know that the last time I took antibiotics it revved up my IBS and I spent days in the loo I have still let my worry get the upper hand of me. These tablets are having the complete reverse of the others and I havn't been for 2 days.
I am so annoyed with myself for relapsing when I was doing fine and it just goes to show I have a long way to go to beat it.All my worries have come back and though I know that it is probably OK and I will feel a fool being like this I don't seem to be able to behave rationally where my health is concened.
