Hi everyone. I'm new so here is a short introduction. My name is Mannix and i've suffered anxiety on and off for 20 years. Unfortunately i'm going through something of a major setback in the last 2 weeks - the previous setback which was as bad was in 2003. Major symptoms are unreality, lightheadedness, churning stomach, muscle fatigue, burning sensation in the extremeties, nausea, loss of appetite and diarrhoea. Apart from this i feel fine.
