I just want to say RESPECT to all you Health phobic people out there, as i never had any idea just how bad it could get and how difficult it is to deal with until now. :ohmy:

I had that horrible urticaria,(nasty skin condition) on new meds which seem to be working. Ive even scared to say that incase i jinx myself and it comes back. I had my bloods done today and i'm now petrified that i have some horrible incurable disease. I'm doing exactly what i always tell others NOT to do and that's to sit around dwelling on it. :blush:

yes it is hard to live with ha for most of the time you are ok normal then somthing happens or somthing starts to bother us and thats it off you go into panic and well i get obsesssed about things and panic about it till somthing else comes along :scared15:
