I am Laura. nice to meet you all.
I have been suffering from social phobia and fear of blushing for years. I can't even explain how it started. somehow it's getting worse and worse. I constantly feel depressed and lonely because I don't have a normal social life.
I never went to a doctor, had any therapy, or even talked to anyone about my problem.

I read some stories people have shared here and felt deeply touched.
this is really a wonderful place
