hi im new to the boards and im looking for like minded friends. i get very anxious and have panic attacks so after being directed to this site i thought i would post and say Hi!!
i am 48 got 3 grown up girls and 5 grandchildren, soon to be 6!

so glad you have found the site and wrote to us. You will meet alot of kind caring supportive people here who are going through problems in their life's and will equally be there to listen.

Im 40 this year ,married and have one daughter age 22 this year. I suffer with panic attacks, OCD all because of PTSD which Ive had all my life.
