1st day feeling terrible

took my first 5mg Ciprilax yesterday and today I woke at 5am after a restless night and haven't stopped having panic attacks since. Just cant go on like this.
Does each day get more bearable or is it expected to get worse. Wasn't this bad when I didn't take any meds:weep: .

Ive got 5 kids and need to be some kind of normal????

Hi Kate,

Quite a few people report having side-effects when starting Meds.Most of them seem to disappear in the short-term.
Try to focus on the benefits you will experience when the good effects of the Meds kick in.
