Sharp leg cramps

Hi everyone, I am new to this site been reading everyting for about a week now, and i've noticed threads for mosts of the symptoms I get and it has calmed me down alot reading everybodies thoughts on here.

Las night while in bed i woke up then I moved my leg slightly and I got a really bad cramp, it was like a knife in me, this lasted about a minute.
I had to jump out of bed and walk about and it seemed to go.
I also got again this morning in a different part of my leg. I just wandered if anyone on here get's anything similar to this.

Welcome to NMP! I'm glad you are finding this site helpful. :)

I often wake up with severe leg cramp. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with anxiety unless it can be put down to tense muscles perhaps, but yes, lots of people get leg cramps... AND IT REALLY HURTS!!!
