Hi I have a phobia of the wind. If I go out in the wind I panic and get really anxious. I have hypnotherapy and that did not help. I am not trying eft which is working a little bit but not getting rid of the phobia alltogether.

Can anyone help

I'd try standing in the garden on a warm sunny day with my eyes shut and allow the wind to surround me whilst I took deep breaths.

I'd stay there warming myself in the sun until I was no longer afraid of feeling or breathing in the wind.

After all, as long as its not a hurricane, the wind won't harm you.......and nor will the panics you're feeling. You just need to prove it to yourself by doing the above.:hugs:
