View Full Version : Went into Boots all on my own today!! wow im such a big girl lol

Hubby and I took my son to hospital today as he has tonsilitus the same as I had last week.. It was very busy at the hospital and the nurse said it would be at least a hours waiting time,:mad:

I said to hubby, I was going to go and try to go shopping on my own So I drove to the main street parked outside of Boots Walked in the thought bugger cant do this cos of anxiety feeling i had.. walked out back into car!! l read my magic CBT book... Then tried again walked through the door of Boots. then walked around like a normal person lol and bought my step grandaughter lot's of make up for her birthday, oh and a few items for myself for a treat lol and came out got into my car and picked my family up.... Awww felt quite normal!! :D

Aww thanks for replys guys xx And Rich it's the CBT book for dummies you can but that book and the CBT workbook aswell that u can follow so u r like your own therapist it's really good.. Look it up on amizon
