Hey my name is Josh and I am 20 years old. I have been struggling with anxiety for my whole life but just recently it has been getting really bad and I have developed panic attacks. I hope to meet some nice people and get some understanding of panic attacks so I an control them or even get rid of them. I am excited to meet all of you.
